Each of our restaurants offers a unique style that will bring you in a proper universe. That was the mission assigned to Aude Gros Rosanvallon, an interior designer (Holocène Design) who found how to use with talent her creativity and organised the layout and the decoration of those places to make them unique. In terms of cuisine, each cooker team follows the instructions of a head chef who selects every day the best products. The Italian tradition is not missing in any of our different restaurants even if chefs can still freely express their original touch.
